Why would you put Kelly Pavlik on the spot like that. These bars should have paid for the fight just like everyone else. If they are fighting so hard to keep their business going, then why did they break the law. That was their decision. I support Youngstown just as much as the next guy, but we are not above the law.
What if someone was illegally making Pavlik merchandise and selling it for their own profit... you wouldnt be sticking up for that person. Would You?
The Company that had the rights to distribute the fight paid millions and millions of dollars for those rights. and those bars are taking money off of their dinner table.
I wish all fights were free. I can't afford them sometimes myself. But when i do fork over my $50 for a Pavlik fight, I know that Pavlik is getting a percentage of that.
