I remember taking my elderly dad to this store, about 7 years ago, he was walking with a cane and suffering from dementia. I backed away from him for a moment just so he could still feel independent. Even though I backed away I still watched him. He was over by the meats, and as soon as the cop saw him, he walked over to him, right next to him, and just started watching/following him, my dad was unaware that he was being "profiled". The cop finally noticed me, noticing him and walked away. I told that story specifically for you, bmanresident. Just like the cop profiled my dad, you have done the same in your comment, speculating that the south siders are to blame for the store having to get security. I can guarantee you that if you ran a store, you would be robbed constantly, because you would be so focused on who you think was robbing you, and not focusing on the fact that it could very well be a "bmanresident" or "canfieldresident".
