Wrecking ball targets YSU deck
NoBS, yes I know big university parking problems, also know of big city traffic, thats one of the nice things about YSU & Valley, they're not big.
But do agree with the rest of your comment.
Why eliminate a sound parking facility to put in another eyesore surface lot that will only accomodate a quarter of the current popular deck. Fix it.
