Maybe the people would be alive today if all the police were not working a continous area? up the creek and/or Leon's were a Trooper was allegedly reported to upper management for sitting on a bar before? I'm sure if you pull up their GPS history's like Lt. Dragovich probably does knows that he is not covering Trumbull County. Where was he on a Holiday Weekend when he forces his troops to work the weekend? How many Troopers were out that night?
