It's a shame that it will take these young people years in prison to figure out how stupid and senseless what they did was and how much this affected Kaluza and his family. I hope their souls hurt for many years. I'm very sorry for the family of Kaluza. You should be able to paint a mural in their jail cells so they can see all the pain they took him through over $300 dollars!
As for the families of the criminals, what happened? I'm not blaming them but did these youngsters do this because they're bad people or coming from a bad home? Just curious.
This is sad. I wish we could catch these fools and beat the crap out of them. People are just trying to make honest livings! I do think you should be able to carry a gun with us because we are at war with our own.
I say, for those parents, aunts, grandmas, and other family members that know you've got little thugs around that you cant handle. You better rehabilitate them! You better talk to them! Do Something!
We're tired of all this violence and stupidity because some of you arent raising your kids or telling their dumb butts to sit down and find something positive to do. If you dont straighten them out, dont wonder why "your baby" got jacked up while trying to jack up somebody else. We dont want to hurt anybody but we will! We're taking back our communities!
Here's the problem with the "No Snitching" thing. People are willing to speak up BUT, the media or newspaper or whomever gets info about these things usually puts the names out there or everything about that person (where they live, what they had on) and blocks out the face as if no one will know who they are. I mean, isnt this the same way we find bank robbers? By the clothing and or familiar features?
In the follow up to this post "Police investigate rolling gunbattle" they told you WHO identified the vehicles. So here, you've got two witnesses who tried to help and due to the follow up, the people who STILL HAVENT BEEN CAUGHT, can now go after them and their families. That's what usually happens. Trust me, I grew up in the ghetto and now I'm college educated and out of the city but I still have love for the YO!
SO, I hope the police or whomever released their names (Idiots), have protection for them and I hope they dont show up in the paper next as "a drug or gang related crime".
If anyone wants to about this man, look up his record. It's public info. Usually there's a pattern and the crimes committed get more serious (theft, drugs, assault, then MURDER).
Career criminals should be locked up! Like the "3 strike rule", if they are underage, maybe try rehabilitation and involve the parents because they probably need support or rehab. There are cases where innocent people get convicted too which is why I wont say yay or nay to what I think.
I hope whomever did this, gets what they deserve. It's horrible the way this young man died. I hope the family gets justice and I also hope the system stops letting multiple offenders walk the streets. There are people with 10 or more criminal charges that are walking the street everyday.
Let's put this in perspective. The middle class is really being screwed with no vaseline. True, Obama doesnt have a ton of experience, which is why Biden is his VP choice. Hillary and Obama's plans are pretty much aligned so unless you'll be the one to benefit from McCain's wipeout of the middle class, I see why you'd vote, you'll always win. However, if you're an ordinary person, you better turn colorblind or you'll see what really matters. We saw how the past 8 years have been? Are you loving it? Running out of vaseline yet?

Several shots fired into East Side home, no one injured
How are people getting ahold of all of these guns? Seems like more criminals own them than the rest.
