So who can tell us what his e-mail stated? Supposedly it is out in the A-town community. Why can't the Vindy print the contents? C'mon it's easier for a reporter to get this info than a lowly reader of the Vindy propoganda machine isn't it?

I have heard from a trusted source that the Boardman "incident" is a trumped up complaint by some players who were po's about lack of playing time.As with all cases of this nature, let it play out and hopefully the Boardman News will have updates on it cause you won't see anything in the Vindy. 99.9% sure the guy they identified in the Bdmn News is innocent of any wrongdoing.

The 711 connector is named after Hagan's father, Bob Sr.
Why does the vindy foment this kind of nonsense anyway? Look at the headline of the article. "Gaining support"? 1,040 signatures......OOOOOhhhhh nice, what a groundswell of activism.
Further there was a short notice in the Vindy that Betras and the Dem Party was planning a "protest" against republicans at, I think was the McKinley dinner. The notice was listed as news.It should have been a paid ad, paid for by the Mahoning County Democratic Party. Or else, please print this Vindy:
Protest is planned for 1 April at 1700 , at all local Democrat Party offices and also the Obama office in downtown Youngstown. It's just a "protest" against Democrats, no real reason will be stated, just like the "protest" that Komissar Betras arranged. We are holding it on 1 April because of the nice relationship that day has with stupid tricks and lies. All conservatives and liberals that can actually think for themselves are welcome.
Print that ASAP please and don't bill me.

Bertram, Bertram, Bertram
Man, you try hard but as in so many of your columns, there is no clarity.
There is NO contraceptive controversy re women's right.
The controversy started with the WH trying to force religious organizations to subsidize contraception and has been cleverly morphed by Obama into a "battle" over women's health.
It is an election year ploy akin to the class warfare rhetoric that the President so skillfully uses.

Maybe we should wait till all the facts come out?
Everyone is assuming that parents or coaches supplied this stuff? Coaches? Really? I say no way to that one. Where did that come from anyway. How did the administration and faculty "allow" this behaviour? I read in the posts that some of you believe this also. That is rubbish.
I have heard a lot of different versions, including a most important one-----that the champagne was non-alcoholic.
I thought the "cigar" part was kind of funny but in retrospect it would have been better if the kid ringing the bell had it unlit. I am a smoker so maybe that clouds my thinking.
Those of you who refer to Mooney kids as entitled, spoiled, rich (so what's wrong with that now), etc. should open up your minds. That is hater talk.
It was a celebration that got out of control for the premises. This incident has taken on a life of its own. Completely overblown and I agree that the media is loving every minute of it. Not just cause it's Mooney, this kind of story "sells".
Again, wait till all the facts come out and a lot of you will walk back on the comments made here.

THe protesters in NY are of the Flea Party.
Their last gig before Occupy Wall St. was Occupy your Mother's basement
I lifted and paraphrased the above.
The protesters in Y-Town are typical band-wagon jumpers. I want to know what is the reason for the protests? Just one single statement of purpose.
If Harver wants to do something for me, how about knocking a dollar off the avaricious prices he charges for a good draft beer?

Very unusual. I went down there last Monday to help and it was the first time in 55 years in Ytown I had ever been down there.

I flagged your comment.
Do not use the deviant, coarse, sexual term when referring to members of the Tea Party.
I am not a member but I find the term completely offensive and foul.
