The only way to correct this is to get rid of civil service testing all together and hire an HR department. If that is not possible, bring in an HR compliance officer to do the hiring after the Civil Service test is given.
The Ludt campaign members are disrespectful and classless. They are making false claims about Carol and proving the lack of respect they have for anyone but themselves. Ludt is an embarressment to the party and himself with the way he is handling this campaign. Everyone has a right to run for political office and shouldn't be personally attacked for it. We need someone in there that will think on their own and not just do what the overpriced administrator tells them to do.
The City was actually paying extra the last 3 years but is no longer able to do that. The city should not have to pay anymore than other townships or cities at this point.

Youngstown should annex Austintown at this point. It will bring a more regionalized effort and that will present more funding opportunities from the federal and state governments. If the Austintown Trustees would have talked with the city about the JEDDS this would not have happened. Call your Austintown Trustees and ask them why they are so close minded.
