Going from the mundane to being rich in culture is no cause for concern. The influx of new faces in the neighborhood does not spell doom. Population shifts have made housing available and those who choose to live in the area are having affordable housing offered to them. Services must be offered to the new residents to allow them to experience the area to its fullest. Job availability and public transportation are two of the most important. Those who cant't work will have to rely on social services. Filling the vacant houses can be fulfilling for Boardman.
Leasing should not be taken lightly. We thought about it and leased. The money will pay off our mortage and buy a new car. Do we care if our neighbors lease? Not really. The less hands that are in the cookie jar leaves more cookies for us.
I noticed a well alongside the drive going into the Eastwood Mall from 46 that sits there nice and neat. We can live with that. It may have been dug up at one time but it looks good today. The grass around it looks better than my yard.
