Yeah, that is true...defamation of a mobster's character is probably really hard to do considering they already are notorious...I'd give the newspaper an award for pulling that off.

I've heard a lot of rumors about this case, probably a lot of lies, but who knows. Anyways, I guess the embezzlement took place a long time ago, and it seems as if the man he was in business with (NOT his employer, way to go Vindy, it was his PARTNER) went broke, they were probably both dipping into company funds, and he said f--- this, I'm suing my partner. Also, is it fair to throw the whole family out on the streets like this, BEFORE he has been convicted of any crime. My thoughts are with this man, seems he has been duped if you ask me.

Ladytaz, I agree..I see some of these blog fiends posting on every single story with some smart-ass comment. I actually wish they would learn to use spell check and figure out how to write legible sentences.

Example: hope4thevalley apparently uses "Tine" to count the hours, minutes, and seconds in each day. Also, henryviii is so obsessed with the word "one", he incorrectly used it TWICE.

Okay, okay...I stand corrected. Maybe my comment was a bit vague, but libraries are a bit outdated if you really look into it. I think they need to make better transitions and stop censoring everything, they might be easier to save then.
