In order for Boardman to incorporate they would have to do it with Poland and become one City. Boardman could then get water from Aqua and not Youngstown. As far as Calhoun being a teacher I would rather have a Teacher than an Attorney any day. With a 1% sales tax all of the safety forces could be brought up to safe levels. As it stands now, all it will take is a catastrophic fire at the mall and or St. Elizabeth's and there won't be enough Lawyers in this area to handle all of the lawsuits against the Township. What Gallitto and Miller did to Boardman was disgusting. One ran for a personal agenda and the other was a do nothing. What goes around comes around.
Gallitto does not want to take responsibility for her own inaction's. She did nothing but divide the Township and in my honest opinion ran for personal agenda. At least Miller had sense enough to keep her mouth shut and not blame other people.
