‘Nitro’s Law’ calls for stiffer penalties for animal abuse

Dogs (or any family pets) are not dispensible, they are family members... more harsh consequences need to be imposed on those who abuse these innocent, loving, trusting animals. They cannot speak for themselves so we must be their voice. Please pass Nitro's Law!
