PARENTS, PARENTS, PARENTS! Where are the parents? Absolutely, I see a horrible assult in this cell phone video. But what I also see is 15-20 teens w/o ANY parental supervision. The parents of these teens need to be held responsible for the actions of their perspective child as well! NOT JUST THE CHILD!
