Why does everyone feel this is DRUG related?? One person makes an acquaintance, and it's drug related! I feel the complex is at fault. Mr. Tareshawnty is too cheap to protect his residents. Neighbors have complained to management about weird behavior at her apt., why wasn't this checked out by the complex?? The police can not be everywhere. Carrage Hill should be held resposible for the untimely death of this teacher. She gave warning she was is danger, but management, never followed through.
