With all the talks about a "better" downtown, what about if downtown offered a mixed use development? I'm talking about the crate barrell store, ice cream parlor, barber shop, restuarant, jazz club , piano bars, clubs, or whatever you would suggest., in addition to a safe condo style living on the above floors, all in the same building. Basically its a place where you can live/work/and enjoy night life. What do you think about that? If you don't like it, then what do you suggest?
