rabbitt66, are you an idiot? The law is the law no matter how many prosecutors are there too prosecute! He did nothing illegal! There was no testifying, nor anyone not showing up that caused the not guilty charge, there was however the fact that as the law states he was not doing anything wrong!!! How is that justice?!?!?! Injustice is the fact that idiots like you are allowed to speak and type!

I'm a huge dog fan but you people are dolts! Face the facts, the judge did the only thing he could do. The house is not owned by the criminal so legally he is not breakig his probation. Plain and simple! How can you blame the judge?! Morons!

I see a problem here. Given he should not have been driving at those speeds but half the murdering turds in Youngstown don't even get that long of a sentence and if they do they get out early because of good behavior which just means they haven't killed anybody else YET!!

If everyone would stay in the right lane EXCEPT for passing this wouldn't happen! The left lane is closed so if everyone was already in the right lane because they weren't actively passing someone there would be no merge issue! Funny, its in the laws that the left most lane is for passing purposes and not cruising yet there are still a million idiots in this state that can't grasp that simple concept!
