I am sorry for your loss...my son said Anthony was a really nice kid, always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I pray they find the animals that did this and put them away fast.

the key word is "had" " not fit to live in unless you can't afford better. " YOU are sooo wrong, I guess you never drove through Pin Oaks and seen the homes that are back there, and the keep building more. They are over 100,000$. Lives2short I agree with you completely!!!

You do have a point joydav..... there are many actual homeowners that live like pigs also. Some do take pride in there homes. They should start charging the slum lords that own the housing. Make them held accountable for the lowlifes they let live in the home.

I grew up on Matawan and you are correct Stav2k, my family still lives on that street. Now most are boarded up and run down. They used to be real nice and taking care of. Section 8 housing is what caused ALL the problems, and not just in Campbell. When I go through the back streets in Salem,,, same thing rundown homes mixed in with the nice ones. People should really band together and start complaining about the area's around them.

you are correct laddjd!!! When I go home it hurts my heart to see once nice homes reduced to what I see now. And it is like that everywhere you go anymore. Something has to be done and soon, they are tearing down some of the homes that were 'set" on fire, but there are still a lot that need torn down. If you let the scum into your city this is what they do to it, they have no pride at all (as you see from there homes and lifestyles)

PLEASE there is crime and murder in every city in the area!!! You just dont hear about it like you do when it happens in Campbell, murder does not happen very often in Campbell. So stop knocking a city you know nothing about!! Your in the Union that explains alot to me

UnionForever....yank your head out....... YES family and friends HINDER they refused to leave the area. How can you get anything done whey they are trampling all over the crime area?? Steelermom, I am proud to say I was raised in Campbell, my family still lives there and I am there ALL the time.

you are correct Life.... EVERY city has its problems... you just dont hear about it. I am very proud to say I am from Campbell. The problems are centered around the festivals, the "riff raff" is from the surrounding areas. Makes me sick my boys still live in Campbell, it was safe when I was growing up, not so much any more. The boy that was murdered was a nice kid, and I want to say it was 2 separate incidents. I pray they find the losers that killed him and soon.
