Why not stop the excessive spending on the Overtime Paying Machine we created called OVI Checkpoints and put these cops in the hood for one weekend stopping the real crime. My hat is off to the members of the Task Force on Violent Crime, you are the real cops and deserve every penny and more, unlike your OVI counterparts.
As a Catholic all I can say is this stinks. I wonder will Chief Foley turn the other cheek at the next incident at East or Chaney. If this was at any public school names would be made public; more than one day suspensions would be the norm and hold on to your hats, the head coach would be dismissed as well as AD and maybe more. But I guess at State Titles High the rules are different and wins are more important, What did Al Davis say,,,,, "just win baby!"

When the kids act up, call the police which is right next door. Have you ever gone over and asked the kids to watch their language or are you too scared? Struthers used to be a town of tough people, who could solve this "little problem" on their own. What has happened to this town?
