This little girl was 18 months old when this happend and for any of us that have kids (i have 6) we all know that Mom's or Dad's can't be everywere all the time every second of the day this injury took all of 3 minutes !!!!! This WAS advertised as a TOYBOX the Parents did nothing wrong .As far a getting a lawer.....stores will not respond to a parent asking to please stop selling this Item ,pehabs the store would not remove the box for sale and perhabs the Parents did not want to see another child hurt.....?????? Some of you should think about the times your child fell and got hurt and you were maby 2 feet away or just across the room cooking or on the phone or helping your other children??? Your thoughts and prayers should be with this little girl AND her family !!!Mine Are !!!
