I know this wasn't the focus of the article but just one more example of liberalism gone amock. Let's outlaw anyone keeping a feather so we can eliminate the hunting of birds for their feathers! For any wacko that might read this - I have a red tailed hawk's feather at my house. Found it in my backyard. Absolutely beautiful. Have no intention of getting rid of it. Come and get me.
