As a parent of children who grew up in Struthers, I question the interest in young men not letting their underwear show when, for YEARS, women of all ages have been showing off their bra straps and g-strings. It disgusts me to think that the adult men in our city government would encourage juvenile women to show their underwear. What is good for the gander should be good for the goose.
