This is silly.I fail to see where a short term 2 week small loan drives anyone into bankruptcy,but if it did how does the lender benefit?You are making it sound that the lender wants to hurt there customer and set them up to fail.This is an overreaction by the politicians and it might be something that a few of them may be givin there walking papers over.The facts are people want to make there own financial decsions.HOW CRAZY IS THAT IDEA?
