If there were not so many wasteful failing programs being paid for by our tax dollars, there would not have been a recession due to tax cuts... Also Regan's Policies avoided a very disastrous recession and Obama has racked up more debt in less than one year than all eight years of Bush combined... On the recession, it was caused by the liberal statis agenda pushing homes to those who barely qualified for a credit card. So tell me again what caused the recession. Was it tax cuts or regulation upon regulation???
DUH! I have an answer, if you cut taxes and create incentives that ease the economic burden of companies such as V&M Steel... This would create more funds for the company to use productively as it chooses... just a thought. We need to let V&M decide weather the expansion is necessary or not and let V&M decide how to pay the city of Girard for the expansion.

Do you believe V&M Star Steel will expand in Youngstown if Youngstown and Girard resolve their land dispute?
