The whole thing is outrageous. This man got away with a slap on the wrist for this unthinkable crime. I hope that every dog owner who lost one of their beloved family members due to this monster will file a suit against him. There are real issues with the laws in this country, if these had been someone's elderly parents or young children he would be on death row for this crime.,.. the laws need to change..This should never happen to any one ever again!
