Sure, I'd personally be worried with the evidence stacked against McLaughlin and I'd probably put him away longer, though, if he was away for another decade, it might still not have waded him off of wanting to kill her. The justice system will always have these cracks. If you're worried, buy a gun.
No surprises here. Hopefully these picks carry over for the Academy Awards. I prefer Viola Davis to Meryl Streep's Margaret Thatcher -- plus, Streep has enough golden statues, so I imagine they'll let it pass her by again.
Hopefully the Associated Press isn't suggesting The Help is looking at a Best Picture win with an ensemble cast award from SAG when the script isn't even nominated. It'll probably be between The Artist and The Descendants for Best Picture. Hugo is a wild card.

Davis and Dujardin win lead honors at SAG awards
