I think this is total BS. Why Chance would fire his weapon at the driver is bad. He was having the music in his car too loud, then hurt an officer, aim for a tire not a person. We are not talking that the driver murdered someone. Don't get me wrong the driver should be punished but not by having a police officer shoot him!!
