Something smells rotten, particularly since Gains himself has also made implicitly racist comments, according to my sources. Why is he not being prosecuted for contempt in this instance? Gains is incompetent, vindictive, and power-hungry all at the same time, and that is a lethal combination for the county. As low as politics in the valley have been to date, they have just gotten worse. Gains needs to go!!!
