The ''Campbell'' that i knew and loved died a long time ago. Lots of good memories though, playing football on the same field that my father and grandfather played. The original Hills Dept. Store, Lincoln Lanes, BQF, swimming at Rooseveltte Park and so on. What a shame. R.I.P. Campbell
Sounds like '' politics as usual'' in good ole campbell. Only a third of the people who live there are employed, the other two thirds are either retired or on some form of public assistance. The 2.5% city income tax has effectively driven out many working people, myself included !
Remember during the Clinton administrations we were actually paying down OUR national defecit ! There was even talk of a surplus ! ''Help wanted'' signs were abundant and there were concerns about workforce shortages. What happened ? Our collective memories are way too short !
how old is this student? if she is under 18, what rights does she really have other than to obey the rules and her parents? Until she turns 18, decides whether or not to join the armed forces, earns a living and purchases her own toilet paper, i'm not real interested in her opinion !
