Maybe you can pay for this yourself. Construction projects in Northeast Ohio are corrupt and rigged. I am willing to put money on the fact that this was not a fair bidding process, The schools were grossly overdesigned, and the succesful bidders are fat an happy. Don't complain to me, PROVE ME WRONG. It happened before. I'm moving to Pennsylvania, The schools disctricts are not perfect, but they certainly cannot be worse.
Hey 857nafstrops YOU ARE CORRECT. Ice storage is NOT necesary for these schools. It should only be one building to begin with. The designing engineer gets a precentage of the total job budget. So why wouldn't he want to over design the building. Makes sense, right?
