What really needs to happen is that he is put in jail for violating his probation, which should lead to something else such as a LONGER probation period and fines. There is no point in probation if the law officials do not even check in on it ..
Nitro's Law NEEDS to be passed so people and stop brushing off pitiful consequences.
We need HB108 to be voted upon! The people of Ohio are ready to come into line with other states in stricter punishments for animal abuse. Violence to animals rarely stops there. Ohio legislators need to see that this is what Ohio wants!
It is time that the law makers and reps of Ohio see what the citizens really want -- a safe environment for everyone and punishments that fit the crime. Animal abuse is so rampant partly because getting caught is no big deal. Please come join us at the rally!

Valley residents rally for stalled Nitro’s Law in Columbus
