Good luck charging the parents of these misunderstood and oppressed youth. Most of the parents can't be found, and we most likely are already paying for their upbringing and will ultimately pay for the incarceration.
Not surprised there was trouble with the element that was present. Too bad they can't behave in public, it just makes it hard on the rest of the civil part of society to go out and enoy themselves.
