It will do absolutely nothing to stop 99% of the animal abuse cases out there.
Case in point: All of the recent dog abuse cases in Youngstown would not be affected by this law. These offenders, if caught, will walk away with a mere slap on the wrist.
Ohio's lawmakers should be ashamed that they still haven't introduced and passed legislation that makes animal abuse a felony.
Let's just continue to ignore the problem......let these ghouls torture animals.....let them practice their "craft"....until they are ready to graduate from animals to children.
Most people I know avoid going to the Dr. until they are desperate because of the high cost of an office call.
Most would welcome nurse practitioners who would charge a reasonable amount for an office call.
Considering most Dr. visits last 5-6 minutes..........if it is a simple sinus infection etc., you get a script..........if not, you are sent to a specialist.........nurses are more than qualified.
Nitro’s Law again clears Ohio House
This law falls short of what is needed.

3 dead in Campbell after car crashes into house
Years ago I wanted to cover the huge, ugly, hard to mow ditch in front of my house but I was hesitant to lose the safety that the ditch provides.
I asked my insurance agent about some well placed boulders and was told I could be sued if someone ran into them and got hurt.
The county can't be sued if someone gets hurt from driving into the ditch though.............not suprising.
And.............getting too old to mow that ditch anymore...........just let the weeds grow........and so goes the neighborhood.
