YSUgrad...you better get your money back from YSU. This is a new tax because the terms are different from the original tax. This tax will be PERMANENT which means that the taxpayer will not be able to vote in the future on whether this tax is being spent properly. Given this power, the commissioners will care less about spending and saving the taxpayer money.

As for you arguement that the surrounding geography looks like a war zone, I suggest you look at V&M Steel and tell me what businesses followed this great investment and improved the surrounding areas. The casino is one piece in providing jobs, not the complete solution.
The state legislature needs to pass a law that if a ballot issue fails, they must wait at least one year to place the issue on the ballot again. Essential your NO vote does not matter until they get the outcome they want.
