A vote for change is better than staying on a sinking ship. These problems were not created overnight and will not be solved immediately.

Jessie..you have no clue. This man has been in office less then 10 months and he is responsible for all of this country's problems??? Remember the bank and auto bailout began under the Bush Administration. Does this make Bush a socialist?
If he did nothing you would b**ch and when he tries to do something you continue to b**ch.

YSUgrad...you better get your money back from YSU. This is a new tax because the terms are different from the original tax. This tax will be PERMANENT which means that the taxpayer will not be able to vote in the future on whether this tax is being spent properly. Given this power, the commissioners will care less about spending and saving the taxpayer money.

YSU...I have been to Greektown and I have frequented surrounding businesses. AGAIN, casinos are one piece of economic development, not the whole solution.

YSUgrad...wake up and look around you. Casinos are not the only businesses filing for bankruptcy. It is a sign of the economic times.
As for you arguement that the surrounding geography looks like a war zone, I suggest you look at V&M Steel and tell me what businesses followed this great investment and improved the surrounding areas. The casino is one piece in providing jobs, not the complete solution.
