His "mug shot" is in today's paper. He was just in there in April for the same reason, they just haven't found him. Most people don't care. Someone commented on the other one, could be him, but basically it said they will never find him and some other crazy stuff.
Since when can the police tell you to turn off any recording device in public (well I guess than can tell you to turn it off but it's no crime if you don't) and because he's in jail it's justifiable to erase anything from someone's personal property.
