I never put my guns on the street, they might get run over and scratched up if i do, and possible stolen if there just laying on the street. excel I agree with you EVERYONE needs to keep there guns off the street so this wont happen to them also.

I carry everywhere I go. Also I have my CHL license (concealed handgun license). I do not have a CCW license (carrying a concealed weapon). Criminals carry weapons. I do not carry a weapon. Get all your facts straight people. CCW term means a criminal carrying a weapon not a law abiding citizen. I am an ex police officer and in my opinion everyone should own a gun. Criminals will think twice before messing with anyone because there life is in jeopardy also.
So someone break's into your home and threatened your life and then you shoot and kill the intruder. Then you get taken into police custody. lol funny stuff there Boardman Police. I wouldn't let you search my home either if that happened at my residents. Best part is there is one less bad guy breathing.
If your friend doesnt have any other priors he can get an expungment on a felony. You are allowed one expungment in your life time if i remember correctly. He/She will have to see a lawyer to get it done. and then he will be able to own a gun again
