Hoyer, Manziel fighting to become Browns starting QB

"Once they traded running back Trent Richardson last season, the Browns’ running game shifted into reverse."
It was the 2 games in and he a 100 yds. They may have gone in reverse, but it was shifting from neutral, and he didn't do anything with the Colts either.
Let's hope for better this year from one of those guys.

Canfield police plan neighborhood patrols

Dave, they don't just stalk 224. I've seen them on 46 too.
It is interesting though. I assumed, that like A-town, they did ride around in the neighborhoods. What a concept. They have under 5sq miles to take care of, have 3 cars out at a time, and don't patrol through the houses?

Youngstown school board mulls future of administration building

If Wendy Webb was still there, they would just build a new one.
Leasing it, they would still be on the hook for repairs and taxes, unless they could find the person that signed the county up with Cafaro for that hole on the east side.
Moving to a new building, like one of the empty school buildings, does not eliminate upkeep and utilities, though they should be lower. The quote tries to imply that 540K in expenses would just go away all together. So, how much lower would it be? Can they find a tenant? Is it best to bulldoze the place, cut the losses, and move to an existing building?

Pa. man's draft notice was 102 years late

'Weaver suspects the confusion was spawned by the incorrect birth date on the form, which lists the birth year as 1994.'
I would be looking into some identity theft possibilities if I were his family.
