Families send off 838th soldiers to Afghanistan

Members of the 838th Military Police Company were given a send-off Thursday at Old North Church in Canfield in a Call to duty service. The group is off to training at Camp Shelby, Miss., before deployment to Afghanistan. Many of the 130 soldiers will be experiencing their second, third and — in some cases — fourth tours of duty.
