Officers from Canfield Police Department, Mahoning Valley Homicide Task Force and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation were at Carriage Hill Apartments Wednesday after Stacey Sutera, a 40-year-old teacher, was shot and killed there around 7 a.m. as she got into her car.
