Lynn and Derek Novello of Mineral Ridge said their son Mario Novello, 3, was diagnosed shortly after birth with Chromosome 4q Deletion. This means that Mario can’t walk, talk, sit up or eat on his own and has to undergo weekly therapy and monthly doctor appointments.
