Your right papa ,but only if it is a open and fair trial. I for one do not think he did this alone.

He should be commended because now we know how deep they are snooping. Its one thing to use it to catch the bad guys but its another thing when they are invading innocent peoples privacy.

He should be welcomed back a national hero for exposing the extent of the illegal and unconstitutional spying the NSA has done upon its own citizens.

I say he should be allowed back into the US for one purpose - to stand trial. I have to agree with papa1 - the man's a traitor. Whether he acted alone or not, HE needs to be tried.

He will never get a fair trial, as the Espionage Act is now worded. His own testimonies may be tagged "classified" and inadmissible. He'll be in solitary confinement for the rest of his life.

This is good. Snowden from what I know he told a individual a American citizen [reporter] what we were doing legally under the Patriot Act, so the transparency that Obama promised becomes treason?
And some things he told were not legal under the Patriot Act so it sounds to me like he did the right thing here. of course the tarnish it left on Obama is what this is truly about and nothing else.

A deserter, a convert to Islam, troops died while "looking for him" is traded for Terrorist who will most likely kill and plot to kill Americans. is the news and Obama will never be held accountable.
