People like Mark Monroe, who know NOTHING about building racetracks, should keep their noses out of it!
I would think that the people who build racetracks know what they are doing. Let them do their job.

THEY ARE ONLY BUILDING A RACE TRACK BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HAVE A CASINO WITHOUT ONE...A LAW
HORSEMEN AND HORSES ONLY SUBTRACT FROM THE OVERALL REVENUE AND TRACK IS ONLY OPERATIONAL BECAUSE OF REVENUE FROM THE CASINO.

Is this a racetrack or simply a casino? I want both to exist but you have to add more seats then the low numbers that are planned. I applaud the commission for stepping up and demanding more.
