I think a prosecution of Mr. Sciortino at this point would be nothing more than a waste of taxpayer money. With out blood teats and breathalyzer tests from that night, he would not be convicted. It is unfortunate the police did not do their job that evening.
it doesn't matter if he's prosecuted and convicted. we all know now that he was driving drunk and endangering the lives of others. nuff said.
Everybody knows that officials and attorneys are generally given preferential treatment by those we entrust the enforcement of our laws to.
It's time to start calling on law enforcement, judges and prosecutors to treat all citizens with the same leniency that is given our elected and appointed officials. Enough is enough.
