I think a prosecution of Mr. Sciortino at this point would be nothing more than a waste of taxpayer money. With out blood teats and breathalyzer tests from that night, he would not be convicted. It is unfortunate the police did not do their job that evening.
It was the officers decission. He just made the mistake in involving other poeple. He could have called someone in the family to take him home.
it doesn't matter if he's prosecuted and convicted. we all know now that he was driving drunk and endangering the lives of others. nuff said.
The corrupt sheriff's office rendered this point moot.
