Downtown isn't bad at all, as long as you stay out of the alleys and hidden spots.

No, because I have seen the kitchens in most of the places due to the nature of my work. And if you don't get some stomach bug, than you have a colon of steel!!!

The kitchens are probably that way because maybe Cicero Davis was supposed to inspect them. We all know what happened there. Admitting to falsification and fraud. Don't worry, he'll be back in 60 days. What a joke. One bad apple too many.

Certain areas of downtown Youngstown may be safe but you must drive through the crime/war zones to get there. Always go in a group if going to Covelli, symphony or eateries and if licensed take you cancelled weapon.
