The same senior citizens who crowd these casinos and dump their social security and retirement into these machines do something else. They show up at every public meeting about levies and taxes and do the same thing. They leap to their feet and proclaim IM ON A FIXED INCOME. They then walk out in their mountaineer slots player tshirts, jump into their crown Vic's and head back to the casinos. Just wait in no time they will be demanding a increase in social security payments.

I think it is their money and what they do it is their business.
Route 46 could end up being the second "Route 224" of economic development in Mahoning County.
"They then walk out in their mountaineer slots player t-shirts....". Once the Casino is in their own back yard, they won't be lining the pockets of legislators in another State, fixed income or otherwise. Ohio will benefit financially, along with the county and township, not to mention the casino operators. Folks will be employed and paying taxes here not in WVA. Me thinks the good outweighs the bad.......
