The only realistic answer is ALL DRIVERS. How many who do not support such a ban engage in distracted driving, telling themselves that they're superior drivers who can "multitask" behind the wheel and not have their driving suffer?
Even if they haven't been involved in an accident, how many have they CAUSED?
Not only electronic devices should be banned. I was driving on the freeway one evening and saw someone driving while holding a paperback book open on the steering wheel.
We should all wear head harnesses with toiler paper tubes extended from our eyes to force us to look forward and side to side.
I think this law is just another reason to stop motorists for any reason and gives law enforcement a one-up on motorists.
Driving on a quiet road, lights start flashing behind you, you pull over then a cop walks up to your window... Yes he'll say he thought he saw you on your cell phone, when it reality it was your LED lights on the CD player or reflection from the street light. Or maybe he made it up just to see if they can catch you for something.

I wonder how many of the people who chose "I do not support a ban" voted while driving???
