Boy the 7 idiots that voted NO, have no clue about the cockroaches that have no regard for human life. It's just a little child's game to these waste of Human DNA!
Yes, it does look like we'll have more homicides this year than last. But that doesn't change the overall trend; the murder rate has been decreasing over the past several years. (and, decreasing at a faster rate than the population, before some wit claims that is the reason)
Since we're at 18 now with half the year to go, I'll have to go 'way out on a limb and guess "YES."

It is sad to say, but yes, the murder rate will pass 23. Too many idiots carrying guns.and they have no regard for human life.
Now it's up to 21 idiots.
Here is what gets me. I am in my local Ytown barbershop and the news comes on about I think the 17th. Before they could say 17th about 10 men in the shop said with almost pride yeah thats 17. It gets at me the same when people wear those murder capital shirts. If you knew someone(which unfortunately I have) that has been murdered you would NEVER wear that shirt. It's not a game so many in this city have 0 value for life.
