I voted NO. I feel the laws are tough enough, the problem is they're not enforced properly. Shock probation is a JOKE. When someone is sentenced to eight years and they have no priors, I understand giving time for good behavior, but in too many instances they end up released on shock probation before serving a year of prison time. They should have to serve a minimum of 60% of the sentence they receive.
