Who's being punished with a 50 year sentence ? The taxpayer. Who benefits ? Those on the legal / judicial gravy train .
It is too bad that the taxpayer has to pay for their "upkeep" for the next 50 years.
But, of course, they belong off the street forever. Someday, we may have a better alernative, but for now 50 years in prison will have to do. I hope they cry over their stupidity every day for the rest of their lives. Even that will not be enough.

My appologies Freeatlast . I didn't know that you would be offended that these two slimeballs didn't get a sentence reduction . . ..
They both should have been hung in public square at noon the day after they were found guilty.
And VanBrocklin now should have his head examined and be put on trial for aiding and abetting two convicted murderers.
All of this in the name of progress.
What a wonderful world we live in. I guess those in charge have developed a better idea that I have had a hard time reconditioning my mind to accept.
