Only if the parties involved in the marriage agreed to these terms before the marriage contract was signed. If the marriage contract has not been signed yet either party has the right to break of the engagement for any reason, especially character flaws.

Hey, thanks for the latest batch of pix! However, in IMG0055.jpg, I notice a mole that you really should have checked out! Someone who spends as much time in the tanning bed as do you, should be extra careful. I love that fact that you have no tan lines, but not at the expense of your health!
