I hope so, they are paid enough.
As an alum, I want to be able to wear with pride a shirt saying "Dike is smiling!". (Yep, only the greybeards will get that one.)
Hoping that $10 million training facility and the $250k salary for the new coach will pay off. Now that's an excellent use of taxpayer funds allocated during the economic "crisis" the university has faced from 08 til now.
A couple of years ago the football team had 30 plus academic honors players.
I will be curious to see if the return to national prominence will reflect the same kind of statistics.
Wolford.... think he needs to take some "Tressel" lessons on how to communicate with his players, keep his temper in check & practice the art of public speaking. AND, get off Tressel's back you negative Nellie's, he took his own bullett.
